Squarespace in action

A customer writes on Squarespace, your mate answers from your own content, and your team steps in from the Inbox when it matters.

Your customer → Squarespace → your mate → Your Inbox and teamDiagram: a customer sends a message on Squarespace; your mate answers; when needed the conversation is handed to your Inbox and team.

Set it up in the Console

  1. Copy the embed script from your Console.

  2. In Squarespace, open Settings → Advanced → Code Injection and paste it into the header.

  3. List your site's origin in your published embed origins and save.

How to integrate

Questions

No platform fee: AI Assistant bills per workspace plan, not per channel. The channel's own provider may charge for its numbers, messages or approvals.
It says when it is unsure. If handoff is enabled for your workspace and channel, it can ask your team to take over in the Inbox. It confirms when your team has been asked to help.
