Busy day?
You’ve got a mate.
I learn from your website. I answer questions, help customers choose, and hand over to your team when a person is needed.
- Your mate reads your public pages and answers as your assistant would — no sign-up first.
- Keep it later with an account — no card.

Which languages does it speak?
Your mate responds in the language the visitor writes in — it detects their language automatically and answers in that same language.
Step 1 of 2
Go on. Ask it something.
Your mate is running live on this site — ask it anything about the platform. Then walk through what an assistant does for your customers.
Ask your mateAnswers from your own pages — and shows which page it checked.
The chat panel on this site: a visitor asks what it costs, the assistant shows the page it checked and answers from the platform's own pricing page.

Step 1 of 5
Our own products run on it every day. See a live example
What your customers get
Help that sounds like you.
Answers from your own content, real actions for signed-in customers, and a person when it matters.
Answer questions from your own content
It replies from your pages, policies and product details — the source shown, and an honest “I’m not sure” instead of a guess. For anyone who answers the same questions again and again.
Let customers fix things themselves
Signed-in customers change an address, check an order or update a plan — each change confirmed first. For stores, subscriptions and any account you host.
Hand the hard ones to a person
Your team steps into the same chat with everything the assistant already knows — no repeating. For teams that still want a human on the tricky cases.
Talk to customers in their own language
Replies in 14 languages, including Arabic — customers write as they speak. Useful the moment you sell across borders.
How it works
Three steps to live
Set it up yourself — your content, your systems, your name.
Give it your content
Point it at your help pages or paste text. It answers only from your content and says when it is not sure.
Connect your systems
Connect the systems you already run, and choose what it may do and for whom. It asks before it changes anything.
Publish under your name
Set a name, colors and a web address in the Console, press publish — it is live, no developer needed.
One platform, every job
Set it up for the job you have
The same assistant — your content, your systems, your rules — set up for the job in front of you, whichever business you run.
Run it your way
You stay in control, even from chat
Which models it uses, how much it may spend and which features are on are settings you own. Usage is shown per AI provider. You can change all of it by asking the assistant.
Choose models, set limits
Pick which AI models serve each workspace, cap usage and switch features on or off. No developer needed.
See exactly what was used
Calls, tokens and spend by AI provider — today, 7 days, 30 days or all time — per workspace and per user.
Manage it in chat
Ask the assistant to update your branding, invite a teammate or read usage. Same controls, in plain words.
Set it up yourself
A guided setup takes a new workspace from a name and colors to a live assistant on its own web address.

Works where your customers are
On your website, in your store, in your app.
Start with web chat, email and Telegram Bot or Business. Check each connector’s availability before setup.
Developers
Plug it into your stack
Connect your systems through MCP, an open standard for giving AI assistants tools. Choose which actions each experience may use. Your own sign-in vouches for the customer, and your keys are never shown again.
Connect your MCP server and choose which actions to expose
Your sign-in vouches for the customer — signed, short-lived, cannot be replayed
A confirmation on any action you choose, and rules for when a person steps in

Common questions
- Give your assistant your name and colors. Removing the platform badge and connecting your own domain depend on your plan; the pricing comparison shows what is included.
- Through the systems you connect — your store, billing or CRM. You decide which actions anyone may use, which need a signed-in customer, and which act on the customer’s behalf. It asks before it changes anything.
- It answers only from your content, shows its sources, and says when it is not sure. If handoff is on, it offers a person. If handoff is off, it never promises one.
- Yes, if you turn handoff on. A teammate picks it up in the Inbox and answers in the same chat. When they are done, the assistant carries on.
- 14 languages, including right-to-left Arabic. The assistant replies in the language the customer writes in.
- Requests go to your own systems, so you own the data. Your keys are stored so we can use them but never show them again. Each business’s data is kept separate from every other.
