ChatPages load straight after a deploy: no more stale page without the chat button. Right after each busymate.ai update, some visitors used to get the previous version of a page for a few minutes. That page tried to load files that no longer existed, so it did not finish loading and the "Ask your mate" button was missing. The new version now replaces the old one at the moment of the switch. Tabs that were already open keep working as well.

InboxEmail threads in the Inbox open almost instantly. An email conversation's messages and its pending draft now load in about 0.1 s instead of about 0.4. A conversation already in your reading language opens without waiting for a translation. When a conversation is already in the language you read the Inbox in, opening it again no longer waits 2.

VoiceOn the Phone calls page, Try it now says "Call now" and shows our line as +1 607 669 2331; channel numbers everywhere read in the familiar spaced format.

PlatformOn Telegram, your mate's answers now use Telegram's own formatting (bold plan names, bullet lists, text links, quotes) and a button for the next step, like "See pricing". WhatsApp replies use WhatsApp's formatting and a link button too. sms replies about pricing are now short and arrive as a single plain text message.

ChatThe Telegram Business setup steps now match Telegram's own menus — Settings › Telegram Business › Chat Automation (called Chatbots in older versions), and Secretary Mode in BotFather for your own bot. The busymate.ai home chat now reliably continues under your own account once you sign in.

VoiceConnect your mate to your own Telegram account (Telegram Premium › Settings › Telegram Business › Chatbots). It answers your private chats from your account; reply yourself and it steps back in that chat for 30 minutes (adjustable). Set it up under Console › Telegram Business. Your mate now answers "how much does it cost?" from the plans on the pricing page — on the phone, in chat, Telegram and WhatsApp — and points you to the pricing page instead of guessing.

ChatBusymate.ai privacy policy and dpa list TypeSafe AI, Inc. as a sub-processor. A message to your assistant on Telegram, WhatsApp or any other channel now gets exactly one reply, and customers never see an internal error text. After you sign in from the busymate.ai home chat, the conversation continues under your own account.

ChatSigning up or signing in from inside the chat no longer resets the card after "Send me a code".

InboxCalls to your support number now appear in the Inbox with the full conversation, as it happens. The Console Inbox loads its conversations and sidebar counts again.

i18nOn /try, opening the assistant in a full window keeps your site's assistant, and the live view follows the language your site shows.

InboxThe privacy and terms pages now describe the sms program: what we send, how to opt out, and that numbers are never shared for marketing. WhatsApp, sms, Telegram, Slack, Discord, Teams, Messenger, Instagram and Apple Messages conversations now show under their own channel in the Console Inbox, with the contact's name (or @handle / masked phone) instead of "Web · Anonymous visitor". Calls to your support number now appear in the Inbox with the full conversation, as it happens.
