Console/chat downloads 48 KB of translations instead of 775 KB, and only once. Opening a chat used to download 775 KB of translations on every visit, including text for the Console and the marketing site that the chat never shows. Now the chat loads only the text it shows, about 48 KB, and your browser keeps it. /chat, the site and every workspace widget load less code and fewer fonts. The chat now downloads about a quarter less JavaScript on first load. Pages load one small font file instead of two large ones, or none on the marketing site. The marketing pages and the chat no longer download each other's styles. The workspace widget loader is a small stub, and browsers keep its code instead of re-downloading it every few minutes.

ConsoleThe signed-in Console speed check runs on its own, every day. The daily check that measures how much data each Console page sends no longer depends on someone's browser staying signed in. It signs in as its own dedicated account, so the reading never goes stale because a session expired.

InboxThe full Inbox is back for workspaces with Telegram Business conversations. A workspace with a Telegram Business hand-off saw "The full inbox is unavailable. Showing human handoffs only" on every load; the full Inbox (AI chats, calls, voice) loads again.

ChatAfter you ask for a person on a Telegram Business chat, your mate no longer says it will keep chatting while the business owner takes over.

InboxAsking for a person on our own Telegram, WhatsApp, sms and other channels now reaches the team. Operators can now switch off a deleted workspace's leftover public page from the Console.

PlatformA workspace that is deleted now stops serving its public support page right away.

InboxAsking your mate for a person now always reaches the team: on Telegram (including Telegram Business), WhatsApp, sms, Messenger, Instagram, Slack, Teams, Discord, Apple Messages and phone calls, your mate confirms only after the request is in the Inbox, and the team gets an alert. Your mate also knows the live ways to reach us, including the number that answers calls. If live translation fails while an operator is on a phone call, both people are told in their own language and stay connected directly instead of being cut off.

InboxWhen an operator joins a phone caller, live translation now connects instead of ending the call.

PlatformAI Assistant answers faster under load, and our own site checks no longer slow it down. The web app now runs on two processes instead of one, and the automatic check of every public page and link walks the site gently instead of at full speed after every change.

InboxConsole › WhatsApp gains Message templates (create / delete / New WhatsApp message, live review and delivery status); the Inbox offers "Send a template" on a WhatsApp conversation after 24 hours of silence.

ChatPages load straight after a deploy: no more stale page without the chat button. Right after each busymate.ai update, some visitors used to get the previous version of a page for a few minutes. That page tried to load files that no longer existed, so it did not finish loading and the "Ask your mate" button was missing. The new version now replaces the old one at the moment of the switch. Tabs that were already open keep working as well.
