What shipped

The AI Assistant releases that came with something to tell you, newest first — one line each, the date it went live, and a link to what changed. A release that only moved internals is not listed.

  1. build 1010

MCPThe MCP explorer loads its tool list faster, and pages load only the text they show first.

  2. build 1009

PlatformThe Console breadcrumb menus are easier to scan: no extra heading, aligned group labels and a taller list.

  3. build 1008

PlatformThe desktop page shows the current version and what is new; the Inbox conversation header is cleaner; the home page and Console load faster.

  4. build 1007

App StoreThe changelog is current again — every release now says what changed for you, and the weeks since 3 September are summarised week by week. The App Store now sits inside the main site, with the same header, footer and navigation, and apps without reviews no longer show an empty star rating. 5. build 1003

PlatformWeek of 21 September — Customers, Insights, your own EmailEngine server and a guided website onboarding

    • Console › Customers: every person your assistant has served, their whole history in one place, and a health page for signed-in customers.
    • Insights is a full area: volume, channels, customers, resolution, response times, operators, questions and knowledge.
    • Point the email channel at your own EmailEngine server: choose the mailbox, import existing mail and decide whether the assistant replies or drafts; a setup guide shows each step.
    • Step-by-step identity guides for desktop, React Native, Flutter and backend signing.
    • Customers, Insights and email settings are also reachable by an agent over MCP.
    • Onboarding a website is a guided conversation that reads up to a thousand useful pages and cites the sources it checked.
    • A knowledge search palette you can add to your own site.
    • Open the chat widget in picture-in-picture or a full window.
    • Signing in inside the chat keeps the conversation you started as a guest.
    • A second open tab no longer starts a new conversation, and "Continue here" picks up the reply where it was.
    • Your workspace's own icon appears in the Console and on its chat.
    • The Mac app gains back and forward buttons and native window controls.
    • New demo channels: WeChat, LINE, Viber and Apple Messages.
  6. build 830

PlatformWeek of 14 September — sign in and sign up inside the chat, a live demo for every integration, and email as a full channel

    • Sign in or create an account inside the chat, with passkeys for a one-tap return and Apple or Google through a popup; the embedded widget offers it too.
    • A demos hub with a page per integration, each with three links: the live demo, how to integrate and the code.
    • Email is a full channel: a thread becomes a conversation, and your team's replies go back out by email.
    • Merge two conversations from the same person, delete a conversation, and stop a reply that is still running.
    • The Console Overview gives a complete picture of your workspace: readiness, a summary band and diagnostics you can export.
    • Connections have their own pages, and every connection shows its real brand icon in the Console and Inbox.
    • The Agent Ready standard is published, and the website report grades a site against it.
    • The website preview builds a business profile and welcomes visitors by the business name; the readiness report has its own page.
    • Knowledge answers are found by meaning, and large sites index much faster.
    • Drag to resize the docked chat widget; the chat header folds its controls into one menu.
    • The Console loads its data in one parallel read, and the desktop download page renders more than twice as fast.
    • Appearance settings in the Console: contrast and colour palettes, saved as you change them.
    • The terms now include a software licence, linked from the desktop download page.
  7. build 631

PlatformWeek of 7 September — Slack and Telegram as customer channels, CRM sync, webhooks, a REST API and the Mac app

    • Slack is a live customer channel and Telegram joins it in beta: your assistant answers there, and your team replies from the Console.
    • Connect a channel yourself from the Console, or let an agent do it over MCP.
    • Knowledge sources: connect Notion, Confluence Cloud and your help center.
    • HubSpot and Zendesk: each conversation your assistant handles lands in your own CRM.
    • Webhooks and a REST API for every workspace, secured by API keys.
    • WooCommerce stores can add the assistant, tested end to end on a real store.
    • Chat can show action cards and forms, and a customer can sign in without leaving the conversation.
    • Web search: your assistant answers questions about current events with cited sources.
    • Visitor details in the Console: the cost of each conversation, full visitor metadata, one visitor across sessions and a journey timeline.
    • The Console breadcrumb carries a workspace switcher that shows each workspace's real icon.
    • A desktop app for Mac, with automatic updates, Google sign-in and a download page that walks through the first launch.
    • An integrations directory with a page for every connection and an honest status on each.
    • More than twenty new articles on agent-ready websites, WebMCP, llms.txt, prompt injection and AI support costs.
    • Free checks under Resources › Tools: llms.txt, WebMCP and MCP server.
    • The assistant is now simply "your mate", in every language.
    • Signing out ends the session everywhere, and Apple and Google sign-in complete in Safari.
  8. build 353

PlatformWeek of 31 August — in-app support that fills the phone screen, a much faster chat and Console, and the first WebMCP pages

    • The in-app support chat fills the phone screen edge to edge, keeps your theme and language, and has one header with every control.
    • Your assistant answers in your product's language and recognises a signed-in customer inside your app.
    • Every confirmation now uses the same dialog, and making something public no longer looks like a dangerous step.
    • Voice mode no longer hears its own replies.
    • Chat and Console open much faster: a page ten times smaller, a quarter less JavaScript and no sign-in round trip on each page.
    • Console browser notifications: a hand-off reaches you while the tab is in the background.
    • Type your website on the home page to meet your assistant; the preview reads your site and has a link you can send, /try/your-site.
    • New pages explain WebMCP, give you a copy-paste prompt to adopt it, and inspect the tools any website declares; a free polyfill brings the standard to every browser.
    • Artifacts can be read by AI agents: share links, a Markdown version and an llms.txt listing.
    • The site header has grouped menus, and a full-height menu on phones.
    • A release no longer interrupts a chat while it switches over.
