Changelog

What shipped

The AI Assistant releases that came with something to tell you, newest first — one line each, the date it went live, and a link to what changed. A release that only moved internals is not listed.

  1. build 1067

ConsolePricing with a free plan. /pricing now shows Free, Starter, Growth and Scale side by side with a monthly/yearly switch (yearly is two months free), a comparison table and clear answers on limits, changes and payment. A workspace starts on Free with no card; Console › Plan and billing shows the plan it is on, this month's conversations against the allowance, and opens a hosted checkout or the billing portal. The same four operations are MCP tools, rest routes and page actions.

  2. build 1065

MCPChannel demos now open only channels that really work, with a QR code and a real link; the others are marked coming soon. Every connector page now has the same eight sections, built from real connector data, and says clearly when a connector is still coming.

  3. build 1064

PlatformReplies on WhatsApp, Telegram, sms and Messenger no longer show links wrapped in angle brackets.

  4. build 1063

ChatThe public site now shows the real product, not drawings of it. "See a live example" now opens the live assistant for a stranger. The support chat opens and hands off to your team faster.

  5. build 1061

InboxYour mate now tells the truth about channels and actions. The Inbox copilot now always drafts a reply, even when the customer's question is vague.

  6. build 1060

ChatYour assistant no longer replies to automated emails such as notifications and receipts. Email replies from your mate no longer answer automated mail (case and ticket systems, marketing and bounce mail, no-reply senders), send at most one automatic reply per thread, never answer a reply to their own automatic reply, and answer the sender of an email directly instead of describing the email. The AI-replies setting on Connections › Email saves again. Saving the connection details for WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, sms and Apple Messages works again.

  7. build 1058

PlatformWhatsApp now reaches your assistant on its own number.

  8. build 1055

PlatformSaving a Telegram connection now refuses a webhook secret Telegram would reject, instead of showing it as live.

  9. build 1054

InboxReplies to a forwarded support email now go back through your Inbox, never straight from a personal address. Email support: a customer's replies now stay in one Inbox conversation, so the team never answers the same email twice.

  10. build 1053

PlatformSupport emails with accented or non-Latin characters in the subject or body now arrive correctly in every mail app.

  11. build 1052

ConsoleThe assistant can now offer to take a visitor to a page of the same site. A small card asks "Open <page>?" with Open page and Not now, and nothing opens without the visitor's click. Workspaces can switch this off in the Console (Access) or over MCP.

  12. build 1050

PlatformThe first message a channel receives after a restart is no longer lost. Text messages (sms) are now available as a beta channel for your assistant.

  13. build 1049

ChatThe try-it preview now follows your site's language page by page, matches your site's colours in one click, lets you fine-tune every colour, and offers launcher button styles — all carried into your workspace when you keep it. In the try-it preview the assistant button steps aside while the chat is open, the welcome no longer repeats itself, the chat speaks your site's language, and it matches your site's light or dark look. The chat welcome is cleaner: the assistant's icon and greeting, then the composer and the suggestions.

  14. build 1046

White-labelChannel setup for each workspace works again, and text messages (SMS) are now available as a channel.

  15. build 1045

PlatformOur contact page now lists the registered address and business registration number. The Apple Messages for Business channel is built behind Apple's gate. A page of the site named in an answer is now a real link with a readable title. In a /try preview it opens in the preview frame, on a customer's site it opens that page in place, and the assistant now writes titled links instead of bare paths.

  16. build 1042

InboxOur terms, privacy policy and contact page now name the registered operator, sergiu toderascu, AI. Demo cards no longer call a demo "Live" when the channel it shows is not live yet. The Apple Messages demo (and the other not-yet-live channel demos) now say "Channel preview" on the cards, in the Markdown twins and in llms.txt. The Apple Messages for Business msp application pack is in the repo for the owner. On phones, the home page's live demo now sits clear of the cookie notice.

  17. build 1041

MCPAdding busymate.ai/mcp as a custom connector in Claude works again for a signed-in user. The authorization page no longer fails with a bare "400 Bad Request".

  18. build 1040

InboxIn the Console Inbox, the suggested reply is written as your team and is held back (with a note to you) when the assistant answered out of role or a workspace connection failed; there is one suggested reply per conversation, shown in the Copilot tab; an unverified sender asking to move a balance or account between identities is flagged and the reply asks for verification; customers' plain-text mail reads as prose; list rows show the source host and plain words; automated mail such as dmarc reports lives under System; every count in the sidebar comes from one server-side count with one meaning; the composer's AI Assist can no longer write a meta reply into the editor, inserted drafts arrive without raw Markdown markup, and an email conversation's header names the mail's sender and channel.

  19. build 1039

PlatformInternal build tooling fix; no change to busymate.ai itself. Internal deploy record; no change to busymate.ai itself.

  20. build 1038

MCPBusymate.ai/mcp now follows the MCPspec in both protocol versions. A modern client lists the public tools before sign-in, error answers name every supported version, and browser clients can send the new request headers.
